Disover The Real London
Camley Street Natural Park
Camley Street Natural Park in King's Cross was a derelict coal yard before being transformed into a mixed habitat of marsh woodland, pond and meadow in 1984.
With its position beside the banks of the Regent's Canal, the two-acre park provides a perfect silvan refuge from the big city for fauna such as reed warblers, kingfishers, mallards, geese and even bats plus many, many beautiful wildflowers such as campion and columbine.
