| Trellick Tower |
| The Trellick Tower in Westbourne Green was designed by brutalist modernist architect Erno Goldfinger whose inspiration was Le Corbusier's streets-in-the-sky style of architecture. When it was completed in 1973, the 31-storey building was the tallest block of flats in London. |
Initially derided, the Trellick has has now become a very popular place to live and was listed as Grade II in 1998. The Trellick has a twin in the East End - the Balfron Tower in Poplar is a near identical copy. |
